Spending some time in Houston, we discovered a true “Haven” for foodies. We had a fabulous time at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. We saw over 500 balloons take to the air in front of huge crowds. Everybody has to do this once!

While in New Mexico, we enjoyed many “New Mexican” meals. Enchiladas, chile rellenos and tacos all smothered in flavorful red or green chile.
